Result Marketing Ltd. - hosting terms and conditions
Result Marketing Ltd. provides an Internet hosting and domain name registration service. Result Marketing Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Result Marketing Ltd.
When Result Marketing Ltd. decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
service use
Result Marketing Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service and / or access to its servers to anyone.Result Marketing Ltd. do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
- Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any UK, European or Local regulation.
- Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content.
The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Result Marketing Ltd. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" information about such material or advertising for such material.
high resource user policy
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. Result Marketing Ltd. may implement the following policy to its sole discretion: When a website found to be monopolising the resources available, the account holder will be contacted in order to discuss the situation. If no arrangement can be reached, Result Marketing Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the account.
cancellation
Result Marketing Ltd. reserves the right to cancel services at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of hosting. This excludes domain registration which will not be refunded. If a full refund is given then all rights to the registered domain will pass to Result Marketing Ltd. If a customer contravenes Result Marketing Ltd. terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation. Customers may cancel their account at any time, by giving 1 months notice in writing. No refunds on the remaining period will be given. Fees charged for additional services are on a prepay basis, refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.
indemnification
Registered customers agree that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Result Marketing Ltd. harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Result Marketing Ltd., its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Result Marketing Ltd. against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Result Marketing Ltd. servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Result Marketing Ltd. servers.

Technical support is offered via telephone and Email and it is at the discretion of Result Marketing Ltd. which method they deem suitable to provide technical support to customers.

Result Marketing Ltd. disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
