We are currently recruiting a Website Developer/Programmer for our expanding team. The candidate idealy would be already involved in the design and implementation of website strategies across a wide range of clients. They will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of all aspects of a project and need to have a clear understanding of the build process and the commercial requirements of a website.

Excellent attention to detail is vital. The candidate must be able to fully prepare assets for build in an organised, thorough and accurate manner, able to think from the consumers point of view. Must be passionate about digital communications and have a good understanding of new media communication; have the ability to think clearly, be well organised and self-motivated. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for the role.

Key Skills Required for the Position:

• Developing websites in a combination of technologies such as XHTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP (or ASP.NET), PHP and Flash.
• With an understanding of dynamic driven websites incorporating databases such as MS Access, MS SQL Server or MySQL.
• Interpreting design direction to create innovative and user friendly websites.
• Using development tools such as Dreamweaver or MS Visual Studio.
• Using graphical programs, such as Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Testing website for functionality in different browsers.
• Preferably with experience in SEO and Search Engine Marketing.

Relevant Work Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: Salary will be depending on background and industry experience.

Transport: Own transport will be an advantage.
